3. Do you offer free delivery?
Yes, we offer FREE delivery for orders above AED 150 across the UAE.
For orders below AED 150, a delivery fee of AED 20 will apply.

4. How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

Standard delivery time is between 3-5 business days, depending on your location.

For remote areas, the delivery time may vary, and additional charges may apply.

5. Can I change or cancel my order?

We will arrange for a return and replacement at no extra cost if the item is found to be faulty or incorrect.

8. Do you deliver to my location?
We deliver across the UAE, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain, and Al Ain.
For remote or hard-to-reach areas, please contact us for confirmation of delivery availability.

9. Can I return an item?
Yes, we have a Returns & Refund Policy. You can return an eligible item within 2 days of receiving it, provided it is in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

Yes, exchanges are allowed for eligible items. Please request an exchange within 2 days of receiving your order, provided the items are not on our Non-Returnable Items List.
